Car companies launch newer & better models each year, claiming better performance & efficient running. There are many renowned brands for whose car launches people eagerly wait around the world. Some of these popular car manufacturers include Mercedes, BMW, Volkswagen, Nissan, Suzuki, etc.
However, not everything they do benefits us, some things are done to solely benefit them. The reason behind this is simple. Their primary motto is to earn money & much more money. They would do any possible thing which makes them achieve their task. Nowadays several car manufacturers are charged with diesel emissions fraud which we will talk more about.
In this article, you will know the true my diesel claim review aspects & whether it is a legit website or just another fraud.
What is My Diesel Claim about?
For any claim to exist there has to be a backstory of it to better understand the whole scenario. The issue began when a large number of car manufacturers were accused of diesel emissions fraud after allegedly fitting defeat devices in their vehicles to cheat on emission tests & laws regarding emissions between 2009 & 2020.
There are approximately thousands of cars & vans which are involved in the Dieselgate scandal. It is believed that these cars are producing emission levels that are exceeding the limits & laws set by the regulators & government to protect the people & the environment. Mercedes vehicles are claimed to be producing over 40 times the emission limit set in Europe & the United Kingdom.
Here comes the role of my diesel claim. They aim to give every driver of a diesel-operated vehicle, which was first registered between 2009 & 2020, a chance of receiving up to 10,000 dollars in compensation. If your car is registered between the given times & is a diesel car, you can claim your compensation on mydieselclaim.com.
There are several companies included in my diesel claim which include, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen, BMW, Ford, Vauxhall, Citroen, Peugeot, Nissan, Renault, Skoda, Jaguar, & Land Rover. They are alleged to be involved in the Dieselgate scandal. Some of these companies have paid a total of about millions in compensation to drivers.
PGMBM, a body that aims to make the world a better place, case by case, strongly believes that all corporations should be held accountable for the damage they have caused. They represent a large number of drivers who seek justice.
What Are Defeat Devices & What Do They Cause?
Defeat devices are fitted with the purpose to falsify the emission levels by using test conditions to pass regulatory checks. They are also known as cheat devices. As we discussed earlier the exceeding emission levels, in the real world the emission levels are much higher & to save themselves from being fined or caught, car manufacturers make use of defeat devices to fake the emission levels by altering them.
High emissions of Nitrogen Dioxide means that the customers have to experience a rise in their fuel bills & maintenance costs. The performance of the vehicle also suffers due to this. Exceeding diesel emissions are known to be harmful to adults, children, & the environment.

My Diesel Claim Review: Is It Legit?
These claims from my diesel sound a bit funny & over-promising if you read about them in the first place. Firstly, they say that Mercedes & other big companies have started giving out compensations to their drivers whose total sum up to millions & billions. However, they fail to provide any proof regarding these compensations.
Furthermore, it targets mostly all famous & most popular names in the car manufacturing industry that people are ought to own. This results in them increasing their customer base as a car is ought to be attributed to one of the companies mentioned as they have mentioned them all. Secondly, if these car manufacturers are fooling their customers which fake emission claims, they would be charged by the government & held up in custody.
These are baseless claims to put down the car companies & make a profit through people. Also, the document which my diesel claim provides on their website is a 40 pager with a tremendous amount of details. They also provide a summary document that explains the crux of that whole document.
The amazing thing is that the most important things in the full document have not been included in the summary document. The summary document is not even properly written as it has incorrect sentence formation & mistakes.
